12 slices of smoked salmon
200g sauerkraut
4 tbsp crème fraîche
Salt pepper
2 tbsp Rooty's Horseradish Classic
4 slices of toast or brown bread
sprigs of dill or chervil
PREPARATION
Place the smoked salmon slices next to each other. Wash the sauerkraut, drain well and mix with crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper. Place a small amount of sauerkraut and rooty's horseradish on the salmon slices and roll up into small rolls.
Garnish with Rooty's horseradish and sprigs of dill and serve with wooden skewers on toasted bread.
