3 cloves of garlic
500 g cooked white beans
1 tbsp tahini (= light sesame paste)
juice of a lemon
1 tsp salt
2 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp rooty's horseradish with apple or classic
3 tablespoons water
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 160°C top and bottom heat.
Roast the garlic in the oven for 20 minutes.
Squeeze the garlic cloves out of their skins after roasting.
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Serve with fresh vegetable sticks, as a spread or with grilled food.
